Gilligan's first opened in April of 1990 and has, over time, developed into one of the most talked about gourmet hamburger franchises in Windsor and Essex County. Gilligan's opened as a 60-seat unassuming hamburger restaurant in a cozy shopping district known as Ottawa Street in the heart of Olde Walkerville. Our patrons realized early on that this was no ordinary burger restaurant and to accomodate the increased community demand, Gilligan's increased in size and doubled its seating capacity - relocating to Walker Road at Ottawa Street.

We pride ourselves on always providing incredible value, quality products, and the best service while ensuring we put our customers first with everything we do. This includes the best fresh quality ingredients and preparing our entire menu fresh daily while supporting local producers. We don't stop at food, we source the best local wines, beer and spirits too.
